No, Buitenland Loket is not part of the Dutch government.
We are an independent platform that collects, clarifies, and makes information accessible for Dutch citizens living abroad, planning to emigrate, or returning to the Netherlands.
Where possible, we refer you to official government sources, but we are not a government body and do not issue official decisions or advice on behalf of government agencies.
